The lawyer representing a pregnant American teenager detained in Bali in connection with the grisly murder of her mother says she should not be judged until all the facts are in.

Heather Mack from Chicago and her boyfriend Tommy Schaefer were arrested in August as suspects in the death of Mack's mother, Sheila von Wiese-Mack.

The 62-year-old's battered body was found in a suitcase in a taxi outside a luxury hotel.

But it's very important for people to realize that this is an ongoing investigation."

The 19-year old is now pregnant behind bars.
