Tired of eating the same old "Masala Rice", "Lemon Rice" or "Pulav"? Ashak Khatau brings us a very simple Gujrati recipe for Cholla Ani Vatana Nu Bhaat.
This is the Gujrati equivalent of the popular marathi dish "Masale Bhaath". This rice is supposed to be spicy as we add lots of green chillies and garam masala. And the srouted black eyed peas makes the dish very nutritious and a complete meal.

Ingredients
3 cups of cooked rice
1 cup of boiled black eyed peas
1/2 cup of green peas boiled
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
2-3 tbsp of yogurt
1 tbso of ginger, garlic and chilli paste
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
1/2 tsp of tumeric
1/2 tsp of jeera (cumin) seeds
Oil
Salt to taste
