And while the Dum Biryanis continue to be chart toppers all over the nation, we decided to take our Biryani fetish to another level altogether. So, here we bring for you an authentic Biryani recipe with chickpea. This is Chana Biryani presented by our very own home chef Archana Arte

Ingredients

300g Rice Boiled
1 Bowl Of Chickpeas Boiled
2-3 Onions Chopped
4 Onions Chopped And Fried
4-5 Tbsp Oil
Coriander As Per Taste
2 Tbsp Ginger, Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Mix Masala
Salt To Taste
1 Tbsp Biryani Masala
Water
