This Norteño genre was originally influenced by Germans that migrated to Northern Mexico. European immigrants influenced Mexican music by bringing the accordion, waltz, and polka. In the 1920's Los Alegres De Teran which included Esteban Rangel, Tomas Ortiz and Eugenio Abrego were the first band to play and record Norteño music.

Bateria Norteño was recorded, edited, mixed and mastered on Logic, Studio One and Abelton Live. Recorded by musicians from McAllen, Texas; Reynosa, Mexico; Austin, Texas and Los Angeles, California.
