Brazil: 'Yes' to political reform winning in grassroots referendum

Social movements in Brazil conducted a grassroots referendum to pressure Congress to advance on political and constitutional reforms. Congress has opposed the political reform where a bill sent by President Dilma Roussef has stalled.
