Extreme dieting plan for pregnancy weight loss after birth

On 3rd August 2014 (6 months after delivering my second boy), I weighed 174 lbs (78 kilograms), which is considered borderline obese for a woman my height. I wasn’t always this heavy though, pre-pregnancy (before my 1st child) I weighed only 138 pounds and I felt much healthier and with higher self esteem. Now I feel very self conscious about my body especially around my hubby (although he will always try to reassure me that my extra bulges do not bother him, but I still hate looking in the mirror). Sometimes I just wanna forget I'm a mother and feel sexy like a woman again. Even though I have already lost 23 lbs post pregnancy and even now when I'm still breastfeeding my baby, I'm still struggling with the last 36 lbs. No matter how much I try to control what I eat everyday.
