Video surfaces of Van Der Sloot at new high security prison

New video footage of Joran Van der Sloot, a Dutch national serving a 28-year prison sentence for the murder of a Peruvian woman and the main suspect in the disappearance of a U.S. teenager, shows the 27 year-old shortly after his transfer to a remote maximum-security prison. Van der Sloot was transferred to the prison high up in the Andes after he was allegedly found with a mobile phone in his jail cell at Piedras Gordas penitentiary in Lima.

Earlier this year, mobile phone footage surfaced of Van der Sloot from his cell. In the recording, the inmate accuses a prison guard of giving him the phone to set him up.

However, authorities say the Dutch citizen was transferred on August 23 for threatening a prison guard after his mobile phone was confiscated.
