Kiev and Moscow spar over captured Russian soldiers

(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) RUSSIAN SERVICEMAN CAPTURED IN UKRAINE, ALEXEI GENERALOV, SAYING:
"I am Generalov Alexei, a sergeant of the Russian Federation."
Ukraine releases video footage of what it says are Russian soldiers captured on its territory, near a small town in the Donetsk region. They claim the Russians were detained with their personal documents and weapons.
But a military source in Moscow says a group of soldiers had surrendered to Ukrainian forces after crossing the border by accident.
