The Barenko family mafia controls Baltimore, but Mikhail who was recently elected to the Senate falls in love with an agent from the Department of Justice who is investigating the family and that brings about an end of the family. The movie is interesting as it is a limited dialog movie (was originally going to be silent) - so there are very few words spoken which means viewers must watch closely to learn the story.
