Libyan militia shelling leaves nine dead

Two women and three children in Libya are dead after a shelling attack struck this home.

Over the last three days, battles between rival militias around the capital Tripoli have killed a total of nine civilians and wounded more than 40.

Hundreds of families have been forced to flee.

Libya is facing the worst violence since the 2011 war that toppled Muammar Gaddafi.

Over a month of fighting has left more than 200 people dead.

Many Western embassies and international companies have evacuated their staff from the country.
