Pro bodybuiding giant Dennis "The Menace" James has taken a break from competing and is now helping build the next generation of bodybuilder. One of his recent success stories is Big Ramy (Mamdouh Elssbiay) who also appears on this channel with his own 30H Extended Muscle Profile.

This mashup covers much of Dennis' pro bodybuilding career. The man is of Thai/German descent, well traveled and an outspoken ployglot who knows the bodybuilding biz.
