"As a health and nutrition nut, I cook a lot of good meals and need great tools to work with. When I first saw the Tominco mandoline slicer, I noticed that it was new and the brand was unknown to me.
I am happy to report that it is a fine piece of equipment that quickly replaced my old slicer, and even comes with a new knife, which is always good to have. In fact, I had not noticed how dull my old slicer had gotten, or perhaps this one is just sharper from the get go!
