Ukraine-Russia relations have hit a new low. Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko is accusing Russian soldiers of attacking his troops. Meanwhile, Russia has threatened Ukraine with "irreversible consequences" after a Russian man was killed by a shell fired across the border.
