Lightning Strikes New York's Freedom Tower

An electrical storm hit New York on July 2, treating the city to a spectacular light show. As lightning illuminated the night sky, one bolt even struck the top of Freedom Tower, the huge structure that replaced the World Trade Centre after it was destroyed during the September 11 attacks.
