Although “remote-controlled humans” sounds like a plot out of a sci-fi film, Zobasu isn't that at all. The service actually uses an app to allow an “Actor,” or remote-controlled human, to stream live audio and video of their surroundings via their cell phone to the “Director,” who sees and hears everything going on around them. The Director also speaks to the Actor via their computer microphone and the Actor’s mobile phone earpiece. This could be great for court hearings or events that you just can’t make it to.
