Pospíšilík was due to make his return to the FIA ERC Junior Championship for the first time since February’s Rally Liepāja but a heavy crash in shakedown this evening has left his Citroën C2R2 Max damaged beyond immediate repair.
A source close to the young Czech driver said: “The crew are okay but will not start the rally tomorrow.”
