The fifth stop on the 2013 surfing World Championship Tour continued on Wednesday on the rugged shoreline of Keramas.

It was the wisdom of age against the exuberance of youth as 41 year-old Kelly Slater went up against 15 year-old Aussie Jack Robinson, with Slater, 11-time World Champion and amassing an impressive 18.17 to claim victory.

And Joel Parkinson also ran out as a winner, against Oney Anwar and Parkinson was full of praise for his opponent -

(English) Joel Parkinson, USA:
"It was so funny. He (Anwar) is a real cocky little kid. He came up to me and he was like 'ah, you know what is going to happen if I get a set (of good waves)' and I said 'ahh, what are you going to do?' So he was trying to get all cocky and then he fell in that one and he is a really good kid, really talented surfer. So, it is good to see him you know, getting in the event I am sure he will be in a few more."

Elsewhere, Hawaii's Sebastian Zietz, Brazilian Gabriel Medina and Australian veteran Taj Burrow also claimed their places in the third round.
