Steer Roams Streets of Baltimore

A steer headed for slaughter in Baltimore, Maryland, broke free on June 13, leaping a barbed-wire fence to escape and heading along North Avenue. Motorists on the avenue were surprised to see the 780-pound steer trotting beside them, but its escape was short-lived as police were forced to euthanize it due to safety concerns.
