Footage from International Jump Week 2014 was recently unveiled online, showing exactly what it's like to hop out of an aircraft. Over 300 military officials from 9 nations, including the U.S., all participated in the three day event.

Three different aircraft were used. Footage shows the airmen lined up and walking towards the back of the aircraft. One by one, and sometimes together, they jumped and plummeted towards the ground.

Helmet cams mounted to the jumpers’ heads allow netizens to follow along for the ride!

The descent towards the ground is so fast, just watching the airmen's stunt is enough to give home-based viewers vertigo. At this year’s International Jump Week, eight European countries joined forces with American airmen and soldiers.

The end result was a sea of parachutes inflating in the air and a mix of service uniforms heading towards the ground.
