Cajun Honey-Baked Ham Recipe for Easter Dinner

Using beer, wildflower honey and spices, chef Guas puts together a simple glaze for that traditional Easter dinner's honey-baked ham, but with his own Creole twist. Called a fete ham, this is customary to eat on Easter in the Louisiana Bayou. He suggests serving it sliced with mustard and bread rolls for a big, crowd-pleasing meal.
