David Moyes insists he's focusing only on Everton amidst media talk of a Manchester United backlash this weekend.
United's likely response to their 6-1 home defeat to Manchester City last weekend was the favourite topic of conversation among journalists at Moyes' pre-match press conference on Friday.
The Blues boss admitted he was surprised when he learned of the scoreline at Old Trafford after Everton had overcome Fulham 3-1 last weekend.
"I was more interested in our result because we'd just beaten Fulham," said the manager.
"It doesn't happen very often and that is why you are all surprised by it. Man Utd have been incredibly consistent and reliable in their results most of the time so it was a shock."
