Cyclist Suffers Sickening Crash After Race Win

Warner Arias was watching the 2014 Tour of Somerville in New Jersey, when he caught this painful looking crash on camera. Junior cyclist Noah Granigan wins the race, but immediately falls to the ground in the midst of his celebration.
