Mother/Daughter Arrested on Warrant After Leaving Pit Bull and 8 Puppies to Die

The mother/daughter duo who left a pit bull mother and 8 puppies in an abandoned home were arrested this week after a warrant was issued. The dogs were originally discovered in the home last October near death. All nine of the dogs have been adopted.
