Ukraine separatists seek union with Russia

In Ukraine, seperatists in the eastern region of Donetsk have asked to join Russia. More than 90 percent of people are said to have voted for self-rule in Donetsk and Luhansk. The European Union and the UN are calling for dialogue. Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports.
