Rabita Committee has strongly reacted to Chief Minister’s comment on the ‘Day of Morning Call’ given by MQM to protest over the extrajudicial killings of its workers. The Chief Minister has deplored the call of protest.
“Is it not deplorable that workers of coalition partner have been killed extra-judicially at a time when a targeted operation is being carried out in the city to restore law and under the supervision of chief minister of Sindh?, “ Rabita Committa said.
Rabita Committee said that extrajudicial murders MQM workers was deplorable not the call of protest. They added that it was deplorable that killing, extortion and kidnapping for ransoms was going on in the city.
“The Chief Minister should have paid a visit to Nine Zero to express sympathy and condolence of the brutal murders. He should have prayed for the slain workers and announced the formation of a commission to investigate into the killings. It is deplorable that he is criticizing MQM over the call of ‘a day of mourning’, which is deplorable. His comment has added salt to the injury of the families, “ Rabita Committee said.
