A FedEx loader allegedly opened fire early on Tuesday at a sorting and distribution warehouse near Atlanta, injuring six people, according to local newspaper The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The shooting took place at a FedEx station on Airport Road in Kennesaw, Georgia.

One of the witnesses Liza Aiken was checking address on some packages when she saw the shooter, whom she identified as a 19-year-old colleague. "He had an assault rifle. He had bullets strapped to his chest like Rambo," said Aiken in an interview with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The gunman was found with a fatal self-inflicted gunshot wound in the loading bay three hours later the shooting was first reported to the police.

Aside from the shooter, no deaths have been reported. Six others, however, were injured.

The gunman's identity has not been identified. More than 100 officers from multiple government agencies were dispatched to the scene of the shooting.
