Italian PM, soccer coach take bite against racism

Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and national team coach Cesare Prandelli are taking a bite against racism.

The two shared a banana Wednesday to show support for Barcelona player Dani Alves.

Alves sparked an international debate on racism this week when a fan threw a banana at him during Barcelona's game at Villareal.

The Brazilian then cooly picked up the banana and ate it before taking a corner kick.

Numerous celebrities and players, including fellow Brazilian and Barcelona teammate Neymar, have backed Alves in the fight against racism.

Back in Italy, after taking his bite, Renzi tried showing off his soccer skills, but to little avail.
