Mid-flight grope: Man arrested for touching sleeping woman during London-San Francisco flight

A man was charged with assault after allegedly slipping his hand into a woman's shirt as she slept on a British Airways flight from London to San Francisco.
According to a criminal complaint document filed by the FBI, Vinoy Pochampally was originally assigned to seat 36G, but around two hours into the flight he got up and squeezed his way into the gap between the sleeping woman's seat on row 37 and the bulkhead where he proceeded to slip his hand down her shirt and then feel her up.
Pochampally's feel-fest allegedly lasted around 5 minutes, during which time multiple witnesses saw him.
Then the woman woke up, whereupon Pochampally quickly withdrew his hand and scampered off down the aisle.
Pompachally, who was allegedly intoxicated, was relocated to another seat for the remainder of the flight. He was nabbed upon landing and charged with simple assault.
