MQM will continue to protest in Sindh Assembly against extra-judicial killings & illegal abductions: Khawaja Izhar ul Hassan

Deputy Parliamentary Leader of MQM in Sindh Assembly Khawaja Izhar ul Hassan on Tuesday said that his party would continue to raise its voice in the Sindh Assembly against what he described as an extra-judicial killing of party workers.
His remarks came after an adjournment motion moved by the MQM for debate was rejected by the acting speaker.
Speaking to reporters outside the assembly, Izha ul Hassan said that MQM was not allowed to talk on the adjournment motion. “It is our right to raise any issue in the assembly,” he said.
“Who are the masked men riding vehicles with tinted glasses? Dead bodies found from Hyderabad and Nooriabad are not just assumptions,” he continued.
He said that his party welcomed the formation of a committee by IG Sindh to probe into MQM’s claims about a death squad.
MQM, he said, extends every possible help to law enforcement agencies.
