Ohio DUI bust: Police pull over drunk wheelchair-bound man

Police were notified about a possible drunk driver last Friday, along a stretch of Burlin Station Road in Delaware County, just north of Columbus, Ohio.

Delaware County Deputies say they found Donald Law driving his wheelchair on the road -- Without reflectors or lights --
And stopped him for operating that wheelchair while under the influence.

He told officers he was about a mile from his home.

The police were well within Ohio state law-- the definition of drunk driving can apply to all sorts of vehicles.

The deputies cut him a break however, and cited him for a simple misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct instead.
