Facebook Sucks Up Oculus VR for $2 Billion

In a surprising deal Facebook has officially bought Oculus VR for $2 billion. The virtual reality headset that promises to carry consumers into post-PC/post-Mobile platform will be bolstered by Facebook’s backing to accelerate the development of its virtual reality product.
