Student slices off his own penis while high on meow meow

A designer drug nicknamed 'meow-meow' causes a West Sussex UK teen to go bonkers and stab his mother and cut off his junk.

The teen was home from university and in his room snorting mephedrone, a man-made amphetamine closely resembling the high one gets from cocaine.

His mother comes into the room to check on him, and it must have freaked him out. He reaches into the drawer for something.

Pulling out a blade, he stabs her with it. He's still feeling in a stabby mood, so he looks down and off with his...little head!

Somehow he ended up hanging out of his window, sans penis according to police and paramedics.

He was taken to a local hospital where they reattached his man-part; both it and his mother are listed in stable condition.

'Meow-meow' is banned in the UK and it is unknown how the teen obtained the drug.
