Italia, basso Salento, anno 1999, una famiglia di otto persone: padre, madre e 6 bambini tutti sotto gli 11 anni , costretti a cucire tomaie di scarpe per poter sopravvivere. Una storia che molti, sindacato in testa , non hanno voluto o potuto ascoltare, una storia di tutti i giorni , una storia di un paese normale.
