Protesters clash with police in Venezuelan capital

Fresh clashes break out between anti-government protesters and police in Caracas.

Footage shows at least one anti-government protester being dragged away by police.

Monday's tensions came as jailed Venezuelan opposition leader Leopoldo Lopez urged supporters to continue rallying against President Nicolas Maduro.

But there are no signs that the unrest could overthrow Nicolas Maduro's government or force him to resign.

Back in 2002, anti-government activism helped to briefly topple socialist leader Hugo Chavez, who died a year ago from cancer. Similar efforts afterwards failed miserably.
