Hey What's up guys! This is my quick tutorial and guide on how to find a Spitter pet fairly quickly!
Hopefully this helps.
I made this guide because there were no visuals or any decent explanations on how to actually find the spitter pet. So I decided to make a video on how to find it!

You have to head WEST from the town to find the lake

And like I said, I was really lucky to find the water ice so quickly. So don't freak out if you can't find one. They are a "very rare" drop, according to all the wikis.
Its all about GRINDING so grind your way on finding one of the water ices.
