Miami authorities released to the media several hours of video surveillance footage of pop star Justin Bieber while he was in police custody in January, but clips of the singer giving a urine sample were withheld for review by a judge.
The 19-year-old Bieber, was charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and using an expired license after Miami Beach police say they caught him drag racing. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
