I lived for 27 years in the Buffalo area, the snow capital of the lower 48 United States. Now, I live in the Pocono mountains in Eastern Pennsylvania, USA. I thought I was leaving the snow behind. However, today the Eastern U.S. is getting pounded by a blizzard, and evidently Pennsylvania officials don't know what the hell a snow plow is. WTF? So, I am snowbound.
