Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? is a daily syndicated version of the former prime-time American quiz game show of the same name that aired on Fox. It ran from September 21, 2009 to March 24, 2011 and was produced by Mark Burnett, and, like the primetime version, was hosted by Jeff Foxworthy. This version also airs on CMT,[1] and premiered on MyNetworkTV on September 29, 2009 at 8:00PM Eastern/7:00PM Central.[2]

On March 24, 2011, the show was canceled along with Don't Forget the Lyrics! due to low ratings. The series continues in reruns on FX and a few other television channels
