Minecraft: Simple Iron Golem Farm Fix for 1.8, adjustable Mob Collector

This is my variant of how we can fix the iron golem farms in minecraft 1.8
We build an adjustable mobcollector that will only keep a defined amount of mobs for us to kill when ever we have time or need the drops.
