Michael Woods writes: Hi guys at AMC, love the show! My question is why is it so important for a film to come out during the late November/December for it to be considered to be even nominated for an Oscar? Like why doesn't the academy consider the whole year when it comes to considering who should be nominated for what? Thank you keep up the great work!
