The "New Green Economy" aka UN Agenda 21 is declaring that we MUST all reduce our carbon footprint and is poised to implement harsh restrictions under the Climate Actions Plans. These plans are REQUIRED by Executive Order and are already being adopted in YOUR town right now . . . You will be fined, penalized, restricted and ultimately phased out of you single family homes that are outside of the Urban Growth Boundaries . . . The end goal in the CAP plans are to reduce GHG/Co2 emissions 80% below 1990 levels by 2050. Keep in mind there are incremental target dates that require GHG reductions by 2020/2035 and so on . . . These plans are rewriting the local business models in America and we will soon see more increased corporate government controls on EVERYTHING. These CAP Plans all have "contracts" that your city signed for, and your city is "taking" grants/bribes from the state and federal corporate agencies which are increasing the debt liability in your town . . Eventually your taxes will be increased to pay back what the corporations are owed by your city. The CAP Plans are GLOBAL . . CAP = Controlling ALL People
