Bubble Turns to Ice During North Carolina Chill

As temperatures dropped below freezing across the United States, Foscoe resident Sam Brown filmed a fascinating video of a bubble turning to ice. Amazingly it took less than 20 seconds for the bubble to be frozen before it was blown away in shards. Credit: Sam Brown
