Drunk Train Passengers Injuring Themselves in D.C.

D.C. Metro officials say intoxicated passengers have been injuring themselves at train stations. They are warning about the dangers of being drunk on the platform and advise calling a cab instead. Mara Montalbano (@maramontalbano) has the story.
