Joule Thief Cree LED Luxo Lamp

This is a Cree LED 60 watt equivalent bulb being used in my Luxo Lamp being powered by my High Voltage/High Frequency Joule Thief circuit. The Handy box mounted circuit is being powered by a single "dead" AA battery and the circuit outputs 350-400 volts. The Cree LED pulls 210 mA's from the battery. This is another great use for all of those batteries that folks just throw away that still have plenty of energy left in them.
