Over half of Mexico's prison's are overcrowded and many are under-staffed. Few prisoners take part in rehabilitation programmes and nearly a third re-offend when they are released. Now one programme, which was started by a non profit theatre company, is trying to change that trend. Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from Mexico City.
