Amnesty: Europe failed the Syrian refugees crisis

The rights group Amnesty International says European countries are only taking a fraction of the 2 million people who've had to flee the war.
 
Some 2.3 million people have escaped Syria since the start of the war in 2011.
 
But only half a percent of them have been accepted to Europe
