Canadian Airline WestJet gave passengers on two flights the surprise of their life. What seemed like just a fun trick, Santa on a terminal video chat, was actually a set up for the company and 175 volunteers to learn what the flyers wanted for Christmas. When the travelers arrived at their Calgary, Alberta destination- the gifts came down the luggage carousel.
