Dhoom 3 is an action thriller film, written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra. It's the third installment of the popular Dhoom series, where Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will reprise their roles as Jai Dixit and Ali Akbar, whereas Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif are the fresh cast and will play the antagonist duo as Sahir and Aaliya respectively. Apart from them, the film also stars Jackie Shroff as Aamir's father in lead.
Though the story of Dhoom 3 has been kept under wraps, but apparently it's being leaked out from other sources. If reports are to be believed, then the story of the film goes like this.
The film begins with Sahir assisting his renowned magician father who performs in Circus. He learns all the tricks from his father, but unfortunately Jackie Shroff is being murdered or either killed, due to somebody or some incident at the circus. Now the small child Sahir promises to take revenge.
The film then takes a leap, where the young Sahir has become a very popular thief. But now enters ACP Jai Dixit, along with Ali, and their task is to nab the master robber. A trap is being laid out to catch Sahir red-handed, and thus begins the cat and mouse game.
Who is Sahir going to rob? What's the mystery all about? Will Sahir be caught in the end (just like John Abraham in Dhoom), or would he be given a chance to start a new life (just like Hrithik Roshan in Dhoom 2)? What would happen in end?
Dhoom 3 is all set to release in theatres on December 20, 2013.
