Mali coup leader arrested and charged

The man who led the military coup in Mali last year has been arrested and charged with kidnapping. General Amadou Sanogo is accused of torturing and executing soldiers who questioned his rise to power. Mali is preparing for a second round of parliamentary elections on December 15th. Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports.
