Cava-Poo-Chon - The World's Perfect Puppy

A new pooch breed called the "cava-poo-chon" may be the world's perfect puppy.

Full grown dogs are cute, but they don’t compare to the sheer adorableness of a puppy.

A new pooch breed called the "cava-poo-chon" is being deemed as a designer canine.

The most notable aspect is that the dogs never lose that signature puppy face. The "cava-poo-chon" is a mix of three breeds including a miniature poodle, cavalier King Charles spaniel and bichon frise mix.

Although the breed is not yet recognized by the American Kennel Club, it is steadily growing in popularity among pet owners and the cost of one puppy is definitely not cheap, ranging between $2,000 to $3,500.

Linda and Steve Rogers from a farm in Pine, Arizona are the minds behind the tribreed. They worked with a reproductive veterinary specialist and a geneticist to create the "cava-poo-chon".

The curly furred pooches weigh anywhere from 10 to 15 pounds. Their coat color varies. Although some are skeptical of the “fountain of youth” breed, calling it a gimmick, there is a high demand.

A trainer in Austin stated “There's always been a market for these forever-ish young dogs. Until recently, specialized dogs like miniature Yorkies and miniature Maltese were the go-to dogs."
